Our tool offering consists of 2,000+ products, under two brands: Gray and Dynamic.

Gray-branded tools are used extensively by some of the toughest industries in North America, including natural resources, MRO, telecommunication, aerospace, as well as military. Gray tools are manufactured in Canada, USA, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Dynamic tools are designed to help you finish projects faster. The laser-etched markings on sockets and wrenches make the selection of the right size a breeze. Other product categories feature ergonomic and highly visible handles making tools easy to spot in any toolbox.

The vast majority of Dynamic tools are manufactured in Taiwan.

Instead of investing in expensive real estate and managing complex dealer networks, we sell direct and put that saving into the product and the price.

What to expect when you order

• Where your order ships from. The majority of online orders ship from our USA warehouse in Minnesota. Some ship from our Canadian warehouse in Ontario. We ship to the entire United States; international shipping is not available at this time.
• Shipping cost. Free on orders over $40 before tax. Orders under $40 before tax ship at a flat rate of $7.99. Standard rates apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Heavy items such as toolboxes are quoted separately. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
• Delivery time. Over 90% of online orders are picked, packed and shipped the same business day. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. UPS ground is our standard service, and every shipment gets a tracking number by email.
• Warranty. Most of our tools carry a lifetime warranty, backed by parent company Gray Tools Canada. Some categories carry a 1-year limited warranty instead. The full list of categories, the exclusions and the claim form are on our Warranty Support page.
